Q: How do I download my PDF files?
A: Go to My Downloadable Products and click on the download link for the music you wish to download..
Q: The password that I entered is not working. What am I doing wrong?
A: The email address that you used when ordering is the password. It is case sensitive, so please enter the email address exactly as you did in the order.
Q: The music is unreadable when opening the file. What is wrong?
A: Try using a different program for viewing the PDF file. We have found that Acrobat Reader works well, as well as Preview on Mac.

Q: Why do you watermark the files with the name of the customer?
A: Distributing sheet music digitally is sometimes difficult because of the risk of illegal copying. The password and the watermarking works as copyright protection.
Q: Can I use the PDF files on my iPad?
A: Yes. The default PDF viewer on the iPad has no problems with this. Some music viewing apps on iPad will not accept passwrod protected PDF files though.

Ordering and payment
Q: Can I resume the payment later if I did not complete it when placing the order?
A: No, at the moment our system does not allow that. You will have to create a new order.
Q: Do you accept American Express cards?
A: Yes. You will have to choose the PayPal option in order to use this.
Q: Do you take phone orders?
A: Yes. Please call +1 (860) 483 8822 to talk to us.
Q: Can I track the package in the mail?
A: No, normally not. Because of shipping costs our packages are normally shipped with regular mail that does not offer tracking. However, you can reqest a different shipping option by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: My package has not arrived within expected time. What do I do?
A: Double check your shipping address and contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and if necessary re-send the package.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
A: Go to your customer account page, and un-check the newsletter box. Click Save.
Q: I have forgot my password. What do I do?
A: Go here and request a new password.
