Peaceful Place, A

with Piano

With the golden rising sun splashing across the sky, and a coffee in hand, “A Peaceful Place” represents home. I had originally intended for this piece to be a prelude for my programmatic work, the Hero Suite, but decided the song-like melody and peaceful atmosphere was better suited on its own. The work was premiered on my recital at Arizona State University, The Hero’s Journey, on November 10th, 2022.
